On behalf of our client, a Prestigious Private Bank in Zürich, we are looking for an Outsourcing Manager.

Overview of the project:

• Coordinating the outsourcing activities based on the existing Outsourcing Framework
• Further identifying and implementing the next level of maturity, in line with internal and external requirements .

Main responsibilities:

• Evaluation & Implementation
• Support and contribute to the documentation of the specific outsourcing requests.
• Prepare the processing of the outsourcing requests incl. approval for the outsourcing committee meetings and respective outsourcing discussions in close collaboration with the responsible outsourcing coordinator
• Prepare and execute the annual re‐assessment of the registered outsourcing activities and prepare update for the outsourcing committee in close collaboration with the responsible outsourcing coordinator
• Help refining the process for Intra Group outsourcing

Skills:

- Excellent understanding and practical experience in IT Risk & Outsourcing Management

- Banking industry experience

- Proven experience as an IT Risk consultant within a large, complex, and international environment, with a focus on Outsourcing

- Team oriented, self-directed, responsible and motivated personality

- Fast comprehension, open minded with an analytical approach

- Capability to achieve high quality and quantity work results even under time pressure

- Active network to industry peers
