Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the engagement manager with the planning, execution, and completion of group and local audits in non-financial services industries.
  • Execute testing of SOX internal controls in accordance with the latest PCAOB guidance.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and expertise in internal controls testing for significant subsidiaries of US-listed entities based in Switzerland.
  • Coordinate a network of international teams on engagements, either in the US or Europe.
  • Identify opportunities to add value to clients, teams, and personal development.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Engage in challenging projects that promote professional growth and leadership development.
  • Receive and implement regular feedback from colleagues and coaches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • University degree in accounting or equivalent.
  • Successfully completed the US CPA (or equivalent) certification.
  • 3-5 years of experience with a public accounting firm, with extensive auditing experience in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, PCAOB, and SOX.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize complex information effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
  • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a SOX testing environment.
