Technical Presales Manager

On behalf of our client, a leading IT & Telecom company, we are looking for a Technical Presales Manager. This is a 12-month contracting job to be based in Zurich, with possible contract extension. 50% Workload.

Responsilities and duties:

* Responsibility for network connectivity and integration of M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) equipment (Aircon, UPS, DC, Fire Alarm, Intrustion Alarm System, etc.) into the company's existing systems.

* Interface function of the Site Engineering team with IT and network departments.

* Management and documentation of IP addresses

* Optimization of monitoring, dashboards, KPI reporting, and databases

* Advantageous knowledge: SNMP, DataMiner (Skyline), Cramer, SNMP, Nagios, Netcool, Stablenet

Skills required:

* Several years of experience in the IT and telecommunications industry

* Independence and ability to take initiative

* Analytical and problem-solving mindset

* Excellent communication skills

* Good English skills, collaboration with international companies, and a predominantly English-speaking work environment
