Location: Baden or Fully Remote within or out the Swiss Borders
Workload percentage: 100%
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape the strategy for the communication of the program
- Develop the branding being the Change manager with stakeholders
- Lead all calls and events for the team or community
- Supervise and develop content
- Translate different process maps to more user-friendly materials
- Prepare presentations for different stakeholder meetings
- End to end communication, content design and management
- Deployment of workday, simplification, and globalisation of several HR processes from hire to retire
Your Skills:
- 8+ years of experience in this field
- Experience in communications and in HR
- Focus on details, proactive personality, and pragmatic approach
- Strong in communication
- English is a must
