What you will do
| Talent Acquisition You'll learn the entire recruitment process, from creating job ads to active sourcing, pre-screening, conducting interviews, CV writing, preparing candidates for interviews, offer stage and beyond. | Consulting You act as an interface between employer and candidate: You advise both sides and conduct contract negotiations and counselling interviews. |
| Subject-specific knowledge You acquire knowledge about the latest market trends, recruitment tools, marketing instruments and IT profiles. | Customer base You build up your own client base through active client acquisition and support. |
