User Support Engineer (German speaking)

Only Swiss based candidates will be considered.

Experis Switzerland is looking for an User Support Engineer. Our client is a consultancy company and the end-client is in banking.

Do you have the right skillset and can start immediately, read on and apply!

  • Location: Zürich
  • Start Date: 1st of July
  • Duration: 1 month (an option for extension, as its due to ill health of inhouse support technician)

Scope:

Break fix and IMAC end user Service in banking environment, mainly W10 systems, VMware, Office 365, Zoom, IP telephone, occasional remote support for user working at home while corona.

Printer basic troubleshooting.

Experience with Cisco Meeting rooms, Bloomberg, Ticketing System Service now (incidents) and resolve IT (IMAC) is very welcome.

The engineer need good customer handling skills, good English and local language skills and I would say at least 5 years' experience.
