Are you Supplier Performance Management Specialist with 5+ years of working in health product procurement and supply chain management ? Do you have experience in engaing with/in Lower Middle-income Countries ?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Specialist, Performance Monitoring (Procurement Service Agents) to join one of their clients, a well-known international financing and partnership organization (non-profit), based in Geneva.
Your responsibilities:
The Specialist will improve Outsourced Service Providers' service performance, Deliver a cost-effective and sustainable outsource service cost model whilst ensuring high service levels, provide timely, accurate and quality reporting of Outsourced Service Providers' KPIs and reduction of the end-to-end lead time
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- Bachelor's degree in procurement and supply chain, logistic management, Business and management
- Professional Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management/Negotiation
- 5+ years of working experience in procurement and supply chain management in public and/or private sector with experience of service provider supplier relationship management, process and project management
- Work experience in health product procurement and supply chain management with Low Middle-Income Countries
- Relevant experience engaging with/ within Lower Middle Income Countries (LMICs)
- Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
