Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Project Coordinator to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

To provide support the team with all necessary day-to-day admin support and project coordination related activities such as: activity planning, organizing team meetings, controlling timelines, preparing reporting and presentations to key stakeholders, analysing and monitoring progress.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in public administration or a related field, or equivalent professional training
• 3-5 years of experience in office coordination and management, including coordinating for senior representatives, in development and preferably in public health.
• Project management
• Experience in office coordination and management, including coordinating for senior representatives.
• Proven experience in conducting contracting processes and monitoring budgets.
• Solid experience in arrangement and management of logistics for meetings,
• Proven advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word/Excel/PowerPoint/MS Outlook
• Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
