One of our clients is looking for a Marketing Manager (CRM) for a permanent position.
Your objective is to monitor customers' satisfaction and propose ways to increase customers' engagement. You will monitor relations with existing customers through the CRM system, analyse customer profiles & suggest marketing actions to drive new customers and sales.
Your tasks & responsibilities
Manage the implementation of the digital marketing strategy to foster long-term relationship with customers to increase penetration, boost company loyalty programme recruitment, improve customer engagement across all digital touch points. You will identify new market opportunities and proactively address customers' needs.
- Responsible for the improvement, updates and efficiency of the CRM system as well as quality of the data (technical, structural, integration)
- Monitor relationships with existing customers through the CRM system
- Coordinate acquisition strategy of additional data to enrich existing profiles
- Provide customer data inputs to the Digital managers to orientate their marketing strategies / acquisition actions depending the platform (loyalty program, online pre-order, social media etc.)
- Coordinate with their regional offices and local stakeholders' relevant access to the solution and reporting needs
- Support digital managers to: 1. Identify specific marketing strategies to retain customers; 2. Propose new marketing techniques that will drive new customers: 3. Support digital managers to plan & manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Suggest new methods to address customers' needs
- Agree on Marketing KPIs, track performances and trends
- Participate in market customer insight & research
What you must have
- 6-8 years' experience in customer management systems, data analytics and Marketing activations
- Solid background in customer acquisition strategies
- Technical expertise with CRM and analytical systems
- Knowledge of online marketing methods and best practices
- Communication skills with customer centric approach
- Relationship management: Ability to build relations between the Digital, MDD and Commercial teams.
- Self-starter and results orientated, able to work under minimal guidance.
- Structured ways of thinking, good organizational skills.
- Fluent in English (any other language is a plus)
