On behalf of our Client, one of the most recognizable banks, we are looking for an experienced Digital Transformation Manager. Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity with a market leading global company? Then please have a look at the details:

As Senior Digital Transformation Manager you will be responsible for digitally transforming all aspects of the bank, including trading, payments, research distribution, digital signature, client onboarding, and corporate actions, among others. Your role encompasses the entire value chain of digital solutions for the bank on a global scale.

Your Responsibilities:

• Define business processes, user experience journeys, and systems integration maps to produce software specifications.
• Select external solutions and partners.
• Coordinate external developers and consultants while closely collaborating with internal IT and security departments.
• Monitor software developments in agile or framed-agile setups, identify risk factors, and provide precise progress reporting.
• Roll out and promote solutions, participate in change management activities, analyze the solutions' impact, and manage the products for the long term.

What do you bring:

• A technology degree from university with practical experience in the field of technology, preferably in a leading Swiss private bank.
• Deep front-to-back understanding of the private banking business and its related activities (compliance, AML, back office, etc.).
• Proven track record in project management, risk management, agile development methods, and writing business and technical specifications.
• Good understanding of Avaloq, data modeling, user experience, API-based frameworks, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA or Confluence is an advantage.
• A true team player who is open-minded, creative, yet precise and articulate with strong analytical skills.
• Fluency in English, in addition to either French or German.
