CFO Assistant
Purpose of the Job
Serving as first contact for internal and external stakeholders, this position manages the CFOs calendar, organizes trips, prepares meetings and supports him and his team in all administrative and organizational aspects.
In close collaboration with all Corporate Finance functions, this position particularly supports administrative processes on an ad hoc basis.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the CFO in all relevant areas, such as calendar management, meeting organization, travel coordination, correspondence, etc.
- Organization Black-Out Period process
- Travel Expense Management
- Support the Internal Audit Function in Remediation Tracking and Administration
- Manage organization and logistics of Budget Week and Global Finance Conference
- Provide office management support to Group Finance Function
- Support CEO Assistant with preparation of Board documents
- Scheduling support for VP Finance AC and VP Finance extended HI Business
Work Experience
- Several years of experience as executive assistant in an international environment
