Experis IT is on the search for a Capital Markets Desk Assistant to join one of their clients, a well-known international bank based in Switzerland. Duration: 6 months - possibility of further contract extension
Location: Geneva
Workload percentage: 100%
Key Responsibilities:
- Order enrichment of transactions executed by the Capital Markets trading desks
- Enter order execution data into CPB systems
- Address Ops queries related to orders
- Provide checks and controls for IPOs and new issues
- Support Solutions desk with suitability checks for MDA accounts
- Investigate regulatory reporting issues of Swiss booked transactions
- Review and tagging of Direct-to-Desk accounts booked in Switzerland
- Run monthly Business Intelligence reports for revenue reporting purposes
Your Skills:
- General knowledge of Capital Markets products
- Prior experience working in Capital Markets Operations or Middle Office
- Superior attention to detail and level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure in a professional environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- English fluent
