Overview of contract
On behalf of our client, a large financial services company in Switzerland, we are looking for a Call Center Agent.
Location: Olten/ Zürich
Start date: ASAP
Duration: 4 months - with possibility of internalization
Main responsibilities:
* Offer expert advice on debit card usage, including blocking, limit management, and other related queries.
* Provide support for the TWINT mobile payment app, assisting users with inquiries and troubleshooting.
* Deliver information and guidance on transactions, products, and services to customers.
* Assist with the use of payment cards at ATMs, e-commerce, and wallet payments.
* Analyze potential card misuse and provide support in handling customer complaints.
Your skills:
* Completed apprenticeship in commercial or retail trade.
* Experience in call centers, customer dialogue, customer service, or card business is advantageous.
* Business fluency in German, French, and Italian or English; understanding of Swiss German is essential.
* Digital proficiency and familiarity with various communication tools.
* Flexibility for different working hours and a strong commitment to reliability.
* Comfort with direct telephone customer contact.
