Key Responsibilities:
- The position will be for administrative purposes only and no client contact is required.
- Provide day to day support to Banker on documentation such as account opening and closing, change of signers, online enrolment, change of contact details and all administrative work related to relationship maintenance.
- Ensure appropriate documentation related to KYC/ AML from the client and ensure all aspects of client records and documentation are completed and updated
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
