Systems and Documentation Specialist
On behalf of our client, a global pharmaceutical company based in Zug, Switzerland, we are looking for a Systems and Documentation Specialist, who is eager to join an international and dynamic team.

Start date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months
Location: Zug, Switzerland
Sector: Pharmaceuticals
Languages: Fluency in English and ideally also German.
Responsibilities:
- Technical and administrative support related to the processing of global change controls (GCC) using Oracle Agile PLM
- Revision of GMP training material and preparation of reports
- Collaboration with business process owners, PLM system support users and IT to coordinate system maintenance
- Cross-functional analysis and process improvement for GCC
Background:
- BA and / or MA degree in a relevant field
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment (ideally within the pharmaceutical industry)
- Knowledge of eLearning development software (e.g. Articulate Storyline)
- Excellent graphic design, editing and writing skills and very good MS-PowerPoint knowledge
- Knowledge of Oracle Agile PLM is of advantage
- Personality: communicative, team-spirited, organised, analytical mindset
