Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, an IT Consultancy company in Zürich, we are looking for an ERP Business Analyst.

Location: Zürich Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months - with possibility of extension

Main responsibilities

• Provide business analysis on our clients' 0 Transformation Project
• Analyse use cases for business areas such as Financials, HRMS, Procurement, and map them in line with ERP Transformation initiative
• Provide documented functional design specifications
• Facilitate business area discovery sessions, presentations and collaborate with business areas.
• Assist in preparing POC and demo of ERP solution.
• Prepare and maintain design and user documentation and training materials
• Collaborate with business areas in the business requirements determination for interface requirement
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities such as Prepare test cases/test data/script development

Your skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering/Mathematics/Computer Science/Information Technology/Business (Finance/HR) or related topic
• At least 7 years of experience of professional experience with: project analysis and specification, software development and deployment, user acceptance testing and facilitation, software maintenance, documentation, and end user training.
• Knowledge in UN or NGO Payroll system
• Strong understanding of Business Process in Procure to Pay Process, Hire to Retire Process, and Budget Planning & control and ability to map them to IT systems.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of Project Management and Change management activities related to ERP implementation
• Good knowledge of well-known ERP system
• Excellent Knowledge in process modelling tools
• Excellent communication skills in English
