Mission / Rôle :

One of our clients is looking for aproject Officer Junior for a dynamic company in Geneva.

Tasks :

- Support senior specialist/Senior evaluation specialist in managing the Prospective Country Evaluations, e.g., support tracking project implementations, financial tracking;
- Manage key complex projects by developing an agreed scope of work; negotiating with stakeholders to agree on planning; enabling smooth launch, including selection process of external contractors; ensuring robust planning and timely execution of reviews and monitoring progress for timely deliverables;
- Ensure quality review reports including coordination of stakeholder inputs and editing for clarity;
- Identify and anticipate key risks and potential issues for project management;
- Ensure management responses and dissemination if appropriate.

Experience / Qualifications:

• Liaise with relevant internal teams and various external stakeholders to ensure their inputs to reviews and related work;
• Use analytical skills and technical knowledge to consolidate and integrate various views and inputs and solve contradictory comments where possible;
• Communicate the guidance to external contractors for reviews and ensure it is followed;
• Support to develop Board papers and presentations;
• Provide support to development, follow-up and implementation of management responses
• Fluent in English and French
