On behalf of our client, a renowned electrical engineering company, we are looking for a Project Assistant, who is eager to join a young and dynamic team in Zurich.
Duration: 5+ months
Location: Zurich
Languages: English (fluent) & German (asset)
Required Skills & Experience:
- Scheduling meeting and appointments, as well as managing the project calendar
- Organising workshops, events and conferences
- Making travel arrangements (transport & accommodation)
- Keeping track of project manager/team tasks
- Preparation of meeting minutes, presentations and reports
- Supporting the team with other miscellaneous tasks
- Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Open-minded and ambitious personality with a positive "can do" attitude
- Taking on both higher and lower complexity tasks and assuming responsibility
- Providing feedback and input on maintaining the status quo
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- MS Office proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Up-to-date on the latest office gadgets and applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritise the daily workload
