Tasks:

  • Handle Level 1 and 2 tickets related to Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and hardware issues from employees
  • Prioritize and categorize user problems in the client environment, providing solutions or escalating to the 3rd level as necessary
  • Manage client error analysis, working closely with specialist departments when needed
  • Participate in rollouts of company-specific software and hardware
  • Utilize modern software distribution, client analysis, and management tools
  • Maintain close customer contact via telephone, chat, and remote maintenance, providing support in both German and English
  • Conduct client error analysis, ensuring collaboration with specialist departments for effective problem resolution

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training, such as IT specialist or equivalent qualification
  • Desire for analysis, solution-oriented work, and a drive to continuously improve our work processes
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in German and English, with knowledge of French considered a plus
