IT Security Architect (30%)

Key Responsibilities:

• Continuously improving the bank's IT security standards and guidelines, specifically IT Security Standards review and update.
• Supporting daily business of Security Architects by providing review and triage of security related requests from projects and systems owners (e.g. technical accounts, firewall) Providing guidance for the implementation of security solutions and services
• Identifying and exploiting the re-use of any IT security components, patterns or techniques and documenting these for re-use by delivery projects

Essentials Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in the area of IT security from previous companies
• A deep understanding of IT security standards, best practices, and solutions
• Knowledge of Security Frameworks such as CIS, NIST, BSI, ISO 27000
• Experience in creating or reviewing/enhancing IT security standard documents
• University or equivalent degree (ETH/Uni/FH) in computer science, information systems or related field

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Good understanding of the full lifecycle of enterprise projects
• Hands-on experience in delivery projects
• Fluent in speaking and writing German
• CISSP, CISM, or respective SANS GIAC certifications preferred

Soft Skills:

• Structured, thoroughly, precise and goal-oriented personality with very good analytical skills
• Able to professionally communicate with stakeholders across functions
• Strong team and customer orientation in multicultural environment
