To strengthen the team of our client headquartered in Aarau, we are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Specialist to start as soon as possible.

Start: 15.04.2024 or by agreement

Type of contract: Permanent position unlimited

Location: Aarau

Working model: Hybrid (home office by arrangement)

Workload: 80% - 100% at 42 hours per week

Language: German C2, English and French an advantage

We are looking for an experienced cyber security specialist with sound training and expertise in the field of IT infrastructure. As a thought leader in the company, you will always keep up to date with the latest developments in information security worldwide.

As a cyber security specialist, you will have a significant impact on the security of Switzerland's most critical infrastructure.

Your tasks

• Management of cyber risks in the area of IT infrastructure
• Developing suitable steps to mitigate risks and implementing risk treatment measures
• Defining and ensuring security tests to check the effectiveness of security measures
• Developing and reviewing the implementation of cyber security requirements in the IT infrastructure
• Identifying innovative cyber security solutions for the IT infrastructure
• Active participation in the design and implementation of security requirements
• Determining protection needs and supporting projects to ensure that security is considered from the outset ("secure by design")
• Processing security reports from providers and implementing the necessary measures

You can score points with this

• Successfully completed studies in the field of engineering and comprehensive specialist knowledge or further training in the field of cybersecurity
• Practical experience in the creation of security policies and concepts
• Solid knowledge of international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001
• Ability to think analytically and excellent communication skills
• Very good knowledge of German; advanced knowledge of French and English is an advantage
