Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an HR Consultant to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities:

You will support the transition of the Client's supply operations function. You will be an integral part of the management team, responsible for the transition, process improvement and change management plan of the project to deliver successful outcomes.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• University degree in Business Administration or other relevant field or equivalent professional training or self/study work experience
• Experience in transforming a global 1st or 2nd line function in a commercial or development/humanitarian sector.
• Project management and demonstrated change management expertise with the ability to deliver impactful changes with minimal disruption to an organization, including stakeholder management for securing and maintaining buy-in
• Previous work experience working in a complex organization that provides support to low- and middle-income countries
• Experience in the provision of Human Resources support on supply chain management, health product management, pharmaceutical or other related fields.
• Written and spoken fluency in English and preferably a good working knowledge of French
