They seek an experienced and innovative ERP Transformation Consultant to lead this critical initiative from inception to successful proposal.

Role Overview: As an ERP Transformation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client's large-scale ERP transformation project. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a comprehensive assessment of their current landscape, applications, and processes to scope out the requirements for a new ERP system. You will propose an ERP solution that aligns with their strategic objectives, ensuring a seamless integration that enhances operational capabilities. Your neutrality in ERP supplier selection is paramount to ensure the best-fit solution for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering:
    • Engage with key stakeholders to understand and document business needs, pain points, and strategic objectives.
    • Conduct detailed process mapping and workflow analysis to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  2. Current State Assessment:
    • Perform a thorough evaluation of existing ERP systems, applications, and infrastructure.
    • Analyze current processes, data flows, and system interdependencies to establish a baseline for improvement.
  3. ERP Solution Proposal:
    • Research and identify potential ERP solutions that meet the defined requirements.
    • Develop a comprehensive proposal outlining the recommended ERP system, including a detailed business case, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation roadmap.
    • Ensure neutrality and objectivity in ERP supplier evaluation to select the optimal solution.
  4. Resource Planning and Budgeting:
    • Determine the resources required for successful ERP implementation, including personnel, technology, and budget considerations.
    • Develop a detailed project plan with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and address concerns.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership and project sponsors.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP transformation projects, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive business cases and detailed project proposals.
  • Experience in resource planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
