Our client, a prominent healthcare institution, is embarking on a transformative journey to modernize their Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. They seek an experienced and innovative ERP Transformation Consultant to lead this critical initiative from inception to successful proposal.

Role Overview: As an ERP Transformation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of our client's large-scale ERP transformation project. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct a comprehensive assessment of their current landscape, applications, and processes to scope out the requirements for a new ERP system. You will propose an ERP solution that aligns with their strategic objectives, ensuring a seamless integration that enhances operational capabilities. Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop a comprehensive proposal outlining the recommended ERP system, including a detailed business case, cost-benefit analysis, and implementation roadmap.
    • Ensure neutrality and objectivity in ERP supplier evaluation to select the optimal solution.
  4. Resource Planning and Budgeting:
    • Determine the resources required for successful ERP implementation, including personnel, technology, and budget considerations.
    • Develop a detailed project plan with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  5. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Facilitate regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, and address concerns.
    • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior leadership and project sponsors.

Qualifications:
