Are you a Consultant with 5 years + of professional experience, undertaking rigorous business intelligence and analytics and presenting results from the analysis in structured way to inform of strategic decisions of the senior management? Do you have experience undertaking statistical analysis using common statistical programming packages?

Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Specialist, Data & Analytics to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating Business Intelligence deliverables, including reports, dashboards, analysis, and presentations (from design to delivery including data preparation, analysis and insight generation).
• Structure ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions and insights.
• Leverage advanced Azure and Tableau functionality (tableau prep, parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, API, etc.) to create analytical dashboards.
• Develop a strong understanding of business requirements; working with business users/ business analysts to define technical and process requirements.

To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:

• 3-5 years experience undertaking rigorous business intelligence and analytics and presenting results from the analysis in structured way to inform strategic decisions of senior management;
• Proficiency in Microsoft tool (excel, PowerPoint, word)
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience, including in data analytics, data management, data preparation or some related field.
• Experience undertaking statistical analysis using common statistical programming package;
• Experience inputting into the data architecture and data model design from a business perspective;
