Our client is a swiss, young start up in Adtech. For their offices in central Zurich, we are looking for a
Customer Success Manager
- With efficient project management, you will help our customers with onboarding.
- As the primary point of contact for our customers, you collect feedback and represent them
- in product planning.
- You communicate new functions and solve eventual problems that might arise
- You convince our customers of the advantages of our product.
- You always try to maintain a good relationship with the assigned clients, especially in critical situations, in order to create longlasting trust
- University degree and ideally 2-3 years of professional experience
- Stylish and effective written and spoken communication both in German and English
- Personal initiative and quick perception
- Structured, independent and reliable way of working
- Interest in and understanding of technical issues
