Customer Success Manager

  • With efficient project management, you will help our customers with onboarding.
  • As the primary point of contact for our customers, you collect feedback and represent them
  • in product planning.
  • You communicate new functions and solve eventual problems that might arise
  • You convince our customers of the advantages of our product.
  • You always try to maintain a good relationship with the assigned clients, especially in critical situations, in order to create longlasting trust


Requirements:

  • University degree and ideally 2-3 years of professional experience
  • Stylish and effective written and spoken communication both in German and English
  • Personal initiative and quick perception
  • Structured, independent and reliable way of working
  • Interest in and understanding of technical issues
