Our client, a rising star in the PropTech Industry is looking for a Country Manager to be at the frontline of their national growth plan.
Founded in 2017, the company provides an integrated platform that connects: buyers, sellers and real estate agents. They are growing rapldly (250% YoY) and need a passionate Country Manager to cover the Swiss market.
Your responsibilities
- Build a high & lead a performing team
- Recruit and train real estate agents
- Recruit and train telemarketers
- Lead by example, show the way by also doing the work yourself
- Report to management and manage resources
- Improve processes and training programs
- Become the face of the company in this new region
Your profile
- +7 / 10 years experience in real estate brokerage
- Excellent communicator with proven leadership skills
- Ability to gain respect from real estate professionals
- Proven training, management and mentorship skills
- Willing to work in a fast paced environment
- A winning spirit which enjoys competition
- Charismatic and empathic character
- Fluent in Swiss-German
- Advanced in English and/or French
