We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in the Pharmaceutical Industry for a highly skilled Construction Manager for site Master Plan execution Tasks. This is a contracting role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of Construction Process for buildings and infrastructure from client perspective Oversee
- Coordination and Direction: Provide direction to the Construction Management firm, General Contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Liaise between engineering, architects and suppliers ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Resource and Schedule Management: Effectively manage resources, scope, work schedules, construction phasing, and sequencing monitoring building progress and costs.
- Quality Assurance: Checking quality (deliveries and workmanship), Maintaining/ promoting a Safe Site Supporting technical discussions / changes/ construction methods knowledge
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Education: Civil Engineering or a comparable field.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English is essential.
