Compliance Transformation Business Analyst

Our client in Zürich is seeking an experienced professional to join their team as a Compliance Transformation Business Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of a key workstream within a FINMA remediation program. Your primary focus will be on optimizing compliance tools, processes, and methodologies to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the delivery of a compliance transformation workstream as part of a FINMA remediation program.
  • Analyze existing compliance processes and tools, identify areas for optimization, and implement effective solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and enhance compliance methodologies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory requirements, particularly those set by FINMA and other relevant authorities.
  • Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage change within the organization to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
  • Prepare and present clear documentation, reports, and updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in project delivery, ideally within a compliance or regulatory environment.
  • Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations (experience with Swiss financial regulations and FINMA is highly beneficial).
  • Proven track record in process optimization and improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Experience with compliance tools and technologies is an asset.
