Business Data Analyst
Seeking an organized and detail-oriented data base squinted person to oversee our sustainability
data acquisition, dissemination, and project management.
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team and oversee the
effective utilization of internal and external data tools and services to support business operations
and facilitate informed decision-making
1. AIDA: Incident Database Management:
First Priority: AIDA is an inhouse adverse Incident Database which has been launched a year ago
* Work closely with regions to plan and enhance the incident tracking and emergency helpline
improvements, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and improvements are made where
needed.
* Lead and Support regions & countries to achieve the improvement targets for 2024,
including historical data uploads, helpline trainings, etc.
* Oversee and conduct basic maintenance on AIDA system, cooperate with HSE & IT teams.
* Provide user support including by handling access rights, keeping important information
correct and UpToDate, and promptly addressing any questions or issues raised by users.
* Compile and distribute incident data reports and dashboards to key stakeholders, including
regulatory teams and regional/global teams for insights.
* Onboard and explain the details of Incident management programs, AIDA, dashboards, and
data insights to new stakeholders.
2. Manage 3P and internal tools and services for internal stakeholders to support business
to track data and deliver insights:
Agrolense Data Collection Platform:
* Ensure seamless operation, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the Agrolense
data collection platform in alignment with business requirements
Collaborate with the 6G team to fine-tune the platform and generate insightful reports for
dissemination to key stakeholders, including the SYT teams in IN, ID, AME, Value Chain
team -Kellogg, CLKS and KAP project teams.
* Guarantee the successful integration of API link with CFT (external service) for on-farm
carbon footprint measurement within the Agrolense platform.
* Global Safe Use training data collection tool: Take charge of project management in
collaboration with the core team to finalize data collection parameters and visualization
needs (establish 6G API link to Qliksense)
"BIR" tool: House made intranet-based business decision support tool
* Coordinate with the business team to finalize the visual, content and wording aspects of the
tool, ensuring alignment with brand and corporate guidance, legal requirement.
* Collaborate with the SYT IT team to implement changes to the tool in a timely manner,
making certain that project team approves the finalized specifications prior to launch.
3. Others:
* Monitor the quality and integration of North America Propharma (separate database) with
the global database on a quarterly basis, aligning with EPA and product design codes in
collaboration with the IT team.
* Assess and leverage Publication based incident data provided by the product safety team
for continuous improvement.
* Manage AIDA Power BI dashboard and explore the possibility to leverage MS "Copilot".
Project and Budget Management for Sustainability Activities:
* Ensure accurate and timely updates of sustainability activities on Smartsheet for both global
and regional initiatives.
Skills:
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with teams across different
regions and countries.
* Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
* Experience in coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
* Skilled in data visualization dashboard, analysis and generating insights from data.
* Experience in coordinating IT projects and cross-functional teams using multiple databases.
Proven experience in data management and support.
Education:
Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty.
