Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 12 months - extension or internalization possible

Location: mandatory 2 days per office in Zurich or Bern (the team is at both locations). Occasional travel to the other location for the exchange is required. Remaining time can be worked remotely (only allowed within Switzerland)

Workload percentage: 100% - 80%

About the team: They design and develop the best and most efficient mobile products and IT landscapes for their B2B customers. By working closely with the IT implementation units, they innovate, automate and modernize their IT services, which form the foundation of their mobile product landscape. This enables them to prepare their mobile products for the new challenges on the market. The main goal is to strengthen our Business Engineering/Business Analysis team in the B2B mobile product environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Co-design of the customer experience chain from prototype, MVP to marketable product
• Identify, analyse, define, specify and document the needs of operational units, customers and users. In an agile context, e. g. epics, features, stories, including DoD and DoR and acceptance criteria according to specific agreements
• Identify, document and incorporate dependencies between requirements and their impact on E2E solutions
• Analyse and document existing E2E processes and data flows, define and document target processes transversally.
• Support implementation units, user acceptance testing and validation in the process IT systems

Your Skills:

• Education Degree (ETH/Uni/UAS) Business informatics or similar or experience in such field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst or Requirement Engineer in a complex system engineer
• Knowledge of agile and lean methodology (Scrum, SAFe) and DevOps mentality
• Know-how in the technical design of new solutions IT system chains
• German C1 is a must
• Open-minded and innovative, customer-oriented, acting independently
