For a client located in the heart of Basel, my client is offering a permanent position in which you will:

* Be available to help whoever needs you, setting up the audio and video controls in the meeting rooms

* Advising the company's employees on the use of tools related to AV

* Be ready to understand which problems need to be escalated to a technician

* Support the installations and optimizations of the audio and video set ups

Who you are:

* You are knowledgeable in things related to audio and video installations (whether it is with a tablet, laptop, home theatre, cell phone, etc.)

* You know how to work your way around Apple, Android, HP, Dell and Microsoft products

* You have a nice personality that allows you to communicate openly and clearly to others

* You speak German (minimum B2) and English
