Artwork Planner (WebCenter Specialist)

Project Leader for Artwork Projects (Webcenter Specialist)

• Artwork CPS owner - creates schedule w/ Project owner to synchronize artwork timelines with initiative CPS
• Provides leadership to ensure artwork activities stay synchronized and integrated with key initiative activities/milestones through the life of the project.
• Facilitates artwork multi-functional team meetings to address, resolve, and/or escalate issues for decisions
• Ensures RTA process is followed and aligns with management on any exceptions
• Facilitates priority calls on artworks for BVEs (this is our studio)
• Ensures the timely transfer of information externally (art studio, color separator, etc) and internally up to final art approval/color separation.

Accountability for Results

• Owns delivery of key artwork process metrics
• Tracks and communicates results within the Platform/Brand/Category
• Contribute to gap analysis and action plan development (internal and external) for results improvement.

Artwork Work Process (RTA)

• Is knowledgeable of RTA process and how to efficiently apply for each project
• Provides core artwork process training for people.
• Understand linkages with other key processes that interface with artwork and proactively manages linkages.

Artwork Information Systems (WebCenter/RTA and Copy Tools)

• Is knowledgeable about WebCenter/RTA functionality / capability and trains others on its use.
• Provides leadership expectations and holds people accountable for use of the tool.
• Manages WebCenter/RTA projects through completion including the handling of the following tasks: changes in the timeline; team member not completing assignments; team members changing roles.
• Use of WebCenter/RTA for measuring process performance, insures that data collection is accurate and complete and reflected into the scorecard accordingly.
• Represents artwork project team on WebCenter service support issues.
• Knows how to use the WebCenter process model to troubleshoot issues with projects.
• Knows the support model, how to screen basic questions and escalate issues to system support or Key User.
• Knows how to request changes in WebCenter, supplier and CSS picklist and to whom to submit the request.
• Contributes to artwork Health Check assessment and action plan.
