Contractor Care / Payroll Assistant
Who I am and how I can help you:

A large proportion of my role is to make sure that all temporary staffing contracts have been issued or terminated correctly, as well as providing contractors with work certificates and references as and when required. Given my previous experience in client-facing roles, I am more than ready to support contractors and answer any questions, whether it’s about finding an apartment in Zurich or the intricacies of cross-border commuting. In that same vein, I am also responsible for making sure that all Experis contractors and employees have the appropriate permit to work in Switzerland.

I work closely with the recruiting team in maintaining contractor relations as well as assisting with the payroll, taking care of salary payments and all necessary deductions (e.g. AHV, insurance, wage-withholding taxes, etc). Whether it’s for our team, clients or contractors, my goal is to deliver a consistent and high level of service on time.
