Job Title: Application Manager for Teams / Azure / Microsoft 365
In favor of one of our client's, we are seeking an experienced and skilled Application Manager to join his team. As the Application Manager for Teams/Microsoft 365, you will be responsible for the 2nd level support of the Microsoft 365 environment, Teams and Azure, and setting up and configuring the services of the Microsoft 365 environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for Microsoft 365 environment, Teams and Azure
- Set up and configure Microsoft 365 services
- Coordinate implementation of changes for testing and transfer to productive operation
- Continuously improve operating processes and quality assurance
- Act as an interface between business and provider for further development of lifecycle management of on-prem and cloud-based applications
- Work on diverse and exciting projects
Requirements:
- Completed IT training or equivalent professional experience
- Microsoft certification or experience in Microsoft 365 or Teams and Azure is preferred
- Experience in change and release management workplace to cloud-based further developments
- High sense of quality and responsibility
- Willingness to continuously acquire new knowledge
- Ability to quickly think about a wide variety of problems, to develop proposed solutions and to successfully put them into practice
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented approach
- Outgoing personality with a strong customer orientation and good communication skills
- Fluency in German and English are mandatory
