Audit Manager / Senior Manager
On behalf of one of our clients based in Switzerland, a global leader in professional services and advisory, we are seeking an experienced Audit Manager / Senior Manager / Assurance Manager to join their Non-Financial Services Audit practice.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide a wide range of External Audit and Assurance services to a diverse portfolio of clients - from agile, high-growth companies to large, multinational organizations with strong global footprints. The team leverages cutting-edge audit technologies to reduce manual testing, allowing you to concentrate on areas that truly add value to client outcomes, corporate governance, and financial transparency.
You'll work closely with senior client stakeholders to plan and execute audit processes from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and integrity in financial reporting - all while helping organizations navigate evolving regulatory landscapes with confidence.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead integrated audits for companies reporting under US GAAP and filing with the SEC.
Conduct statutory audits under Swiss law, as well as audits of private companies under IFRS.
Manage audits of non-financial reports, including ESG audits.
Prepare audit files for Partner review and contribute to high-impact presentations for management and Boards.
Build strong client relationships and advise on complex technical accounting matters.
Leverage modern technology to focus on high-value audit areas, supporting trust and transparency in reporting.
Your Profile:
5+ years of experience in a similar role within a Big 4 firm.
Strong technical expertise in US GAAP, US GAAS, IFRS, SOX, and PCAOB standards.
Completed US CPA or equivalent qualification.
Proven track record in managing multi-location audits and leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
A natural collaborator and trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders.
