Our Managed Service Program can be categorised into three elementary configurations:
Master Vend – Where Experis assumes full responsibility for delivering the complete recruitment requirement primarily through direct supply and complemented by supply chain management.
Neutral Vend – In which Experis focuses on delivering the recruitment requirements solely through supply chain management. In this model Experis would not supply candidates and are therefore neutral.
Blended Model – The client recruitment needs are met through a blend of direct supply and supply chain management.
