Overview of contract

On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Trust Administrator to support Senior Trust Officers with the day-to-day business.
This is a 12-month contract based in Zurich

Main responsibilities

  • Active administrative support to the Trust Officers in the day-to-day administration of structures, and the transfer in of new structures
  • Opening/updating of new mandates in the data system ViewPoint as well as the scanning of documents
  • Opening of physical files and filing of documents
  • Preparation of payment instructions and checklists including in the context of distributions/revocations
  • Opening of bank accounts
  • General administrative tasks related to the administration of the mandates
  • Closing/archiving of terminated / transferred mandates

Your skills:

  • A minimum of 2 - 3 years experience in Trust Administration is mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in banking or fiduciary with a focus on Trust Administration.
  • Knowledge of ViewPoint
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Fluency in both English and German
