On behalf of our client, a data analytics company in Zürich, we are looking for an experienced Training/ Coaching manager to lead our learning and development strategy, manage its implementation and measure its impact. A successful candidate will be passionate about creating her/his own training modules and innovative and creative in her/his way of coaching.

Main responsibilities:

• Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting the Company's clients' business needs and improving performance
• Identify training needs by consulting with the company's business and technical team, as well as stakeholders
• Develop and delivering training solutions, learning modules and E-learning webinars that meet clients' business needs
• Optimize training processes for efficiency
• Select and managing resources, including working with clients' internal employees to facilitate the successful delivery of training
• Manage the technologies and your team required to develop, manage and deliver training
• Evaluate the impact of training, its effectiveness and success and follow-up on its results in the long-term

Your profile:

• Bachelor degree or master degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Human and Organizational Behavior, or Communication
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Wide international experience
• Deep knowledge of learning and development best practices, including HR, organizational behaviors, compliance, safety, etc.
• A proven track record of training program development and management
• Innovative and creative in designing and delivering face-to-face as well as e-learning training and learning modules
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent leadership skills
• Ability to manage and mentor a team of 3 or 4 employees
• Excellent writing and oral communication skill in English; German or French is a plus
• Willing to travel in different countries, prevalently in Europe
