On behalf of our client, a leading financial institution in Zürich, we are looking for a Swiss based Test Automation Lead with proven banking industry experience, ideally within advisory processes, financial products or portfolio management.
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the functional testing team
- Continuous improvement of all testing related processes
- Develop a sustainable and successful test strategy and implement it
- Coordinate all test activities in the ongoing releases
- Coach the test engineers
- Ensure an efficient test coverage (test cases, test data, test approach)
Skills:
- Over 7 years of experience in software testing with at least 2 years in a leading role.
- Testing SME with strong leadership & excellent communication skills with the ability to enthuse & engage all members of the test, development and RE teams to enable implementation of best practices & processes
- Extensive knowledge about test processes / methodologies
- Experience in the financial industry
- Test automation experience & knowledge of test automation frameworks
- HP ALM
- Willing to learn and adapt
- Proud to be a test manager
- Banking industry experience (ideally, within advisory processes, financial products or portfolio management.
