On behalf of our client, a Security company in Switzerland, we are looking for a Technical Presales:

Missions:

  • Being part of the Solution Sales team, you will be the adviser and the IT expert regarding products presentation in front of the clients.
  • Set and manage appropriate customer expectations regarding the proposed solution from presale, sale and through to post-delivery.
  • To identify and close Digital banking opportunities with Account Managers and Key Account Managers through pre sales.
  • Learn and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of digital banking security solutions and associated technologies.
  • Experience of working as a vendor in the sales process of on-prem or SaaS platform solutions would be essential.
  • Knowledge and experience of key UK/European banking regulations such as PSD2, AML, GDPR would be essential to support this role.
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders, to understand needs and priorities of the bank
  • Hands-on ability to perform technical customer demos using demo solutions provided by the product teams is a mandatory element of the role.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business informatics, or electrical engineering
  • Years of experience in understanding of technologies and software solutions selling in the financial sector especially around security solutions in financial services and in-depth experience of the implementation life-cycle of such products
  • Commercially aware with the ability to understand full business processes and integration points of security solutions within the business processes and existing infrastructure of financial institutions
  • A creative problem solver with true entrepreneurial flair able to hold deep dive discussions with product/engineering teams to increase the value in our products and solutions based on field feedback or to support the solution selling process
  • Swiss first experience
  • Fluency in German (native speaker) is a must and excellent English skills (level C1)
