Job Description

• Very good knowledge of CAP/CassP required (optional ranchers)
• Monitoring, general operational activities
• Open tickets at SUSE and manage the end-to-end ticket process
• Cooperation with customer incident management
• Initiation and coordination the renewal of certificates
• Initiation and coordination of possible firewall and load balancer changes / adjustments
• SUSE CaaSP and SUSE CAP consulting for further development
