Team Leader IT-Infrastructure

Responsibilities:
Lead the IT-Infrastructure team with your communicative and authentic personality, providing both technical and disciplinary leadership while being actively involved in daily operations.
Ensure smooth IT operations and maintain the flawless functioning of all systems.
Implement, manage, and continuously develop new IT infrastructure solutions.
Take responsibility for our IT infrastructure, optimizing our WAN and VPN connections.
Document the IT landscape, ensuring compliance with all regulations and IT security concepts.
Collaborate with our team to actively shape our IT infrastructure roadmap, serving as a central point of contact for all locations and IT infrastructure service providers.
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies in Computer Science or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in IT infrastructure, particularly with server, network, and storage systems, as well as cloud environments.
- Good knowledge in information security and IT service management (ITIL).
- Ability to work independently and with a solution-oriented approach.
- Analytical and strategic thinking and working style.
- Excellent German and English skills.
