Talent Development Coordinator

Experis IT Switzerland is currently looking to recruit for the position of Talent Development Coordinator for a project based in Zürich.

Project details: Act as the coordination interface for global programs being rolled out for People, Culture and Values, and Change Work workstream of the Agile 4.0 program.

Main responsibility:

Supports Scheduling, and coordinates all training activities schedules venue, date/time, materials, vendors, and attendees where courses are created, rosters are updated and employee training participation is recorded.

Key responsibilities:

  • Administrator for Manual input or Learning Management System:
    • maintains training tracking process, enters data, tracks completion and processes communication to recipients
    • Collects, compiles and reports results of evaluation, attendance and training data.
    • Ensure high quality data integrity for reporting purposes
    • Prepare weekly status and metric reports
    • Identifying and implementing process improvements within the LMS
  • Extract data for talent reviews as requested
  • Provide administrative support to consolidate the talent information from the country talent reviews for succession planning and 9- box into Powerpoint decks
  • Email & Phone support for general employee questions around training programs and resources
  • Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  • Supports enrolling employees in programs, and providing access to L&D; resources
  • Coordinates, schedules and maintains all training courses and programs

Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Ability to gather data, compile information, analyse data, and prepare reports.
  • Prior event management experience or organize training sessions
  • Previously worked with talent management
  • Workday or LMS systems - very strong advantage
  • Be confident in communicating with clients and delegates
  • Work with a high level of attention to detail at all times
  • Have a strong level of IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Prior experience with learning management and performance management systems preferred
  • Previous experience in multinational org/comfortable in dynamic and fast changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Quick learner

Location: Zürich

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6 months with further plan of extending or internalising
