Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Information Management Specialist to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.
Your role:
You will use advanced problem-solving and technical skills to design and build data and reporting solutions primarily in Tableau, complemented by Excel and programming as needed, to ensure optimal solutions are identified and executed. You must be capable of working with a diverse group of stakeholders, perform high quality and detailed quantitative analysis, and present analysis and results in a meaningful and intuitive format to drive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
The Information Management Specialist will, under the supervision of the manager, design and deliver business intelligence reports, dashboards, analysis and presentations (from design to delivery including data preparation, analysis and insight generation).
- Leverage advanced Tableau functionality
- Leverage advanced Excel functionality for analysis
- Leverage advanced programming (specifically, in R)
To deliver the required results, it's essential that you have:
- University education in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology or any equivalent with a strong quantitative component
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and visualization
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau for data analysis and visualization
- Advanced proficiency in programming language, specifically in R
- Professional proficiency in PowerPoint
- Excellent written and oral English is required. Knowledge of other languages would be an asset, particularly one of the following: French, Arabic, Chinese, Russian, or Spanish.
