Our client, a global Medical Device company based in Zug is looking for a Desk Side Supporter to deal with requests and problems related to Windows, Apple Mac and iOS devices and be in direct customer contact. The position is basically between 1st and 2nd level support. The focus is on 2nd level support and not 1st level.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Delivery and commissioning as well as 1st and 2nd level support for the existing Windows client environment (Windows 10) as well as Apple iOS devices.
- Analysing error messages and queries, troubleshooting (remote analysis), answering simple technical questions and initiating workarounds (first level support)
- Inform users in case of errors / malfunctions, educate them on the correct use of technical applications
- Informing and supporting users in the event of system failures
- Supporting rollouts of software and hardware according to instructions
- Work with the given ticket tool (Incident and Request Management) (ServiceNow)
- Ensure company quality standards
Must Haves:
- Very good knowledge of the languages DE/EN in spoken and written
- Sound practical and theoretical experience in the area of Windows Client Support
- Experience with ticketing systems (incident and request management) (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Experience in IT 2nd level support
- Willingness to constantly learn new things in a dynamic IT environment
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Flexible, strong communication skills, user- and service-oriented
Nice to haves:
- Knowledge of Agile working methods
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL knowledge are a plus
