Our client, a prestigious and well-known consulting company, is seeking a highly skilled SAP Manufacturing Functional Lead Developer to join their team. This role involves spearheading the development and implementation of SAP PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management) solutions, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing efficiency through seamless integration of production and quality control processes.

Responsibilities:
Solution Development: Lead the design and execution of SAP PP QM solutions, collaborating closely with technical and functional teams to ensure alignment with manufacturing goals and objectives.
Integration: Oversee the integration of production and quality control processes across SAP modules, enhancing workflow efficiency and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Business Analysis: Perform comprehensive analysis of manufacturing business requirements and provide strategic recommendations to streamline operations and boost productivity.
System Utilization: Leverage SAP PP QM systems to ensure optimal operation and capitalize on system capabilities, enhancing overall manufacturing performance.
Training: Develop and deliver customized training programs for end-users to promote a thorough understanding and effective use of SAP solutions within the manufacturing environment.
Change Management: Assess the impact of SAP updates and modifications on manufacturing operations, and implement proactive change management strategies to minimize disruptions and ensure smooth operational continuity.
