Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Social Media Manage with 3+ years of experience to join one of their clients, a well renowned insuarance institution. For this contract engagement based in Zürich, we are seeking someone who is fluent English (written/spoken) and immediately available.

Location: Zurich

Duration: 6 Months

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities:

* Build, coordinate and run comapnies presence across social media channels, including, but not limited to LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, by using the capabilities of these platforms

* Supervise, plan and deliver content across platforms using scheduling tool (Hootsuite)

* Community management

* Use analytics data to further develop content

* Keep up to date on trends, tools, applications and new technologies in the social media space

* Cultivate relationships and networks with partners within and outside of Group Communications

Skills:

* Demonstrated ability in social media management and creative development; experience in a creative, dynamic and digital environment

* A degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a similar degree program

* A strong understanding of social media channels, landscape and latest developments

* A detailed understanding of the algorithms, analytics, and the lifecycle of a social media post.

* Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills with experience in content creation for digital formats

* A balance of creative mentality and good visual instinct with strong analytical skills, understanding data and KPIs, and how to build strong metrics for organic engagement, growth, and reach

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be very organized

* Attention to detail, creative problem-solving and good time-management skills

* Strong team mentality

* Outstanding influencing and networking capabilities

* Proficient in English. Other European language(s) desirable
