On behalf of our customer in Zug (role will be in Milan, Italy), we are looking for a Skype - PowerSuite - Support Engineer.
For this interesting role you monitor and manage and maintain PowerSuite, Microsoft's intelligent Communications system.
- Monitor and maintain availability of Lync/Skype for Business/Teams infrastructure
- Link between Unify Square, client and support team
- Analyze and improve current systems by modifying them in a team or individually
- Support to enterprises via telephone, email or other electronic services in Microsoft Unified Communication products
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
- 3+ years experience in an engineer/programmer/consultant/analyst role
- 2 years experience in either Microsoft Lync, Skype for Business, Teams, PowerSuite, IT Support, UCC (Unified Communications)
